About Our Austin Printer Company
Printer Desk started with a simple observation: businesses in Austin were overspending on new printers and then struggling to find parts when those printers broke. We decided to fix both problems.
We source, test, refurbish, and warrant printers from HP, Epson, Brother, and Canon. Every machine we sell goes through a 28-point inspection in our shop at 1200 Corporate Dr, Suite 450. We don't ship blindly — we open every unit, clean every roller, test every function.
We also stock parts. Drums, fusers, printheads, rollers, maintenance kits. If you own a printer that's three or five or eight years old and a critical component fails, we can probably find the replacement. Big retailers won't help you with that. We will.
Our customers include law firms, accountants, medical offices, schools, nonprofits, e-commerce sellers, and home-office workers across the Austin metro area. They stay with us because we answer the phone, we know printers inside and out, and we don't sell anything we wouldn't use ourselves.

Brand Compatibility. We stock parts and supplies compatible with aLmost all printers. Not all parts fit all models within a brand family. Customers must verify compatibility by providing the exact printer model number before ordering. Printer Desk is not responsible for incorrect part selection when model information is not confirmed.
Availability. Product availability changes daily. Listings on this page represent inventory typically available but do not guarantee current stock. Contact us directly for real-time availability, pricing, and lead times.
Warranty Terms. Warranty coverage varies by product and is provided at the time of sale. Standard warranty covers parts and labor for defects arising under normal use. Consumable items (toner, ink, drums, rollers, fusers) are not covered unless explicitly stated. Extended warranty options are available at additional cost. Warranty service is performed at our Austin location or via on-site dispatch for local customers.
Service Scope. Repair and setup services are performed by trained technicians. While we diagnose and resolve most common printer issues, some problems may require manufacturer-specific tools or firmware that are outside our scope.
